Parastoo Shajan has completed training as a Key Account Manager at SAWI and holds various certifications in Keynote Speaking. Since 2002, she has been immersed in the dynamic world of the IT industry, starting in technical support and successfully transitioning to IT recruitment for specialists and executives since 2007. With impressive experience in leadership roles at reputable IT recruitment firms, she possesses a profound technical understanding and valuable expertise in the IT recruitment market.

In 2015, she co-founded her own IT recruitment firm, quickly establishing it as one of the leading IT recruitment agencies in Switzerland. This outstanding achievement was recognized with multiple awards from Handelszeitung as the "Best Personnel Service Provider in Switzerland" in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Since September 2023, her former company (2parse.it) has merged with a leading Swiss IT recruitment firm.

With Shajan Consulting, she now focuses on permanent placements, particularly in the IT and executive search sectors. Under the Shajan Consulting brand, the Shajan Academy has been launched, offering top-notch application management coaching and training in various areas.

As a passionate motivational and business speaker, Parastoo Shajan is a sought-after guest at networking events. She is fluent in six languages, including German and Farsi as her native tongues, as well as English, French, Italian, and Turkish.

Klaudia Huber, the owner of learningcube (Language School & Gymnasium Preparatory Courses), enriches our Academy as an expert in written and oral communication.
